We redefine punk not as a Do-It-Yourself effort but as a speculation on what happens if you Don’t-Do-It-At-All. Let’s make the world’s largest punk band that never, not even once, performed. Anyone can join. Your mom can join. Your infant can join. You can join if you’re already in a band, if you play an instrument, or if you want to join a band but don’t know how to play. If you want to tell people you’re in a band but don’t want to practice, you can be part of the International Pussycats. If you don’t care about making money, you should definitely join this band.
